## How to make Blueberry Sour?

Preparing blueberry sour is a simple process where all the ingredients are mixed in a blender with ice to be consumed immediately.

## Chilean Blueberry Sour recipe

### Ingredients

- 200 ml Chilean pisco
- 100 ml blueberry juice
- 25 ml lemon juice
- 6 ice cubes
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 egg white
- ¼ cup fresh or frozen blueberries

### Instructions

1. In a blender, combine the blueberry juice, fresh or frozen blueberries, lemon juice, sugar, ice, and blend at medium speed for about 30 seconds or until everything is integrated.
2. Add the pisco and egg white, mix everything again at high speed until you get a homogeneous mixture.
3. Serve the blueberry pisco sour immediately in cocktail glasses with a stem and optionally decorate with whole blueberries or a twist of lemon peel.

## “Sour” Cocktails

The word “sour” in English translates to “agrio” or “ácido” in Spanish, and it is a term used to describe cocktails that have a predominant sour taste, usually due to the use of lemon or lime juice.
