Additional Tips

Make your own buttermilk

If you do not have buttermilk, add 1 tablespoon of white vinegar to the same amount of whole milk and let it stand for 10 minutes.

Firmer ganache

Use 250 g of cream instead of 300 g, or chill the ganache longer before spreading.

Cool completely

Let the sponge cool fully before cutting so the layers do not crumble.

3. How should I store truffle cake?
